Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use this website or book a session at AR Gamezone & Café, a gaming lounge and café at Opposite IDBI Bank, Bela Road, Mithanpura, Muzaffarpur, Bihar, 842002, India. By booking you agree to them. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

What we offer

• Paid gaming sessions at our venue on PlayStation 5 consoles, a Meta Quest 3 VR headset and a car racing simulator, sold by duration and number of players at the prices shown on the prices page.
• Café snacks and drinks, served at the venue.
• Free browser games on this website. They cost nothing, involve no purchase or prize, and are separate from the paid sessions at the venue: playing them does not give access to, or credit for, anything at the venue.

We do not offer betting, gambling, cash prizes or any game played for money.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and are shown on the prices page and again before you confirm a booking. The total you confirm is the amount due for that booking; there are no booking or convenience fees.
• Pay at the venue by cash or UPI before your session starts — you can split the amount between the two. Nothing is charged on this website.
• Café items and extra play time added during your visit are charged at the prices on display, and you will be told the total before you pay.

Bookings

• A booking reserves the equipment for the date, time and duration shown on your confirmation. Please arrive a few minutes early; your session ends at the booked time even if you start late.
• The price shown when you confirm is calculated by our system from the current price list. Pay at the venue by cash or UPI before your session starts — you can split the amount between the two. Nothing is charged on this website.
• A booking is confirmed only when this website shows a confirmation page with a booking reference. Keep the reference: you will need it, together with the mobile number you booked with, to cancel online.
• One booking is for the number of players and the equipment stated on it.
• We may refuse or cancel a booking that appears to be fraudulent, abusive or made in error, and we will tell you if we do.

Games and availability

• The game lists on this site describe what we aim to offer. A title marked “Ask at venue” has not been confirmed as installed; please check with us before travelling for a specific game.
• Equipment can occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance or a fault. If that affects your booking we will offer another slot or cancel it without charge.
• Registering interest in GTA VI updates is not a booking and does not guarantee access.

At the venue

• Please treat consoles, controllers, headsets and the simulator with care. You may be asked to pay for damage caused deliberately or by misuse.
• Follow staff instructions, particularly when using the VR headset and racing simulator. Stop playing and tell staff if you feel unwell.
• Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian where staff consider it necessary. Some games carry age ratings; staff may decline to start an unsuitable title for a younger player.
• We may ask anyone who is disruptive or abusive to leave.

Passes and offers

• Gaming passes are sold at the counter and are subject to the conditions shown with each pass on the prices page.
• Offers apply for the dates and on the conditions shown with them.

Messages, photos and videos

• We send promotional messages on WhatsApp only if you have agreed, and you can stop them at any time. See our privacy policy.
• We may ask to photograph or film you playing. We publish such photos or clips only with your agreement (or, for a child, a parent’s or guardian’s), and remove them on request.

This website

• We work to keep the information here accurate, but prices, opening hours and availability can change. The price confirmed for your booking is the one that applies to it.
• Game names and trademarks belong to their owners. AR Gamezone & Café is independent and is not affiliated with any game publisher or console maker.
• Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, interfere with the free games or their scores, or make bookings you do not intend to keep.
• The text, design and original artwork and games on this site belong to AR Gamezone & Café and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Our responsibility to you

• We will provide the session you booked with reasonable care. If we cannot, we will offer another slot or cancel it, and you will not be charged for a session we could not provide.
• We are not responsible for loss of or damage to belongings you bring to the venue unless it was caused by our negligence, or for things outside our reasonable control such as power cuts, network outages or a game publisher’s servers being unavailable.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, please tell us first — at the counter, by phone or through the contact page — so that we can put it right. These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you make a booking applies to that booking.
