Service Delivery Policy

AR Gamezone & Café provides services in person. We do not sell goods online and we do not ship or deliver anything. This page explains how you receive what you book or buy.

Gaming sessions

• A gaming session is provided at our venue — Opposite IDBI Bank, Bela Road, Mithanpura, Muzaffarpur, Bihar, 842002, India — on the date and at the time you booked, for the duration and number of players shown on your booking.
• When you book on this website, a confirmation page with a booking reference is shown as soon as the booking is accepted. That page is your confirmation; nothing is sent by post or courier.
• Please arrive a few minutes before your slot and give your name or booking reference at the counter. The session is delivered when you play it at the venue.
• Bookings can be made up to the number of days ahead shown on the booking page, subject to availability and our opening hours.

Café items

Snacks and drinks are ordered and served at the venue. We do not offer home delivery or online food ordering.

Gaming passes

Passes are bought and used at the venue. They are recorded by our staff; no physical item is shipped.

Free browser games

The free games on this website are available instantly in your browser at no charge. They are not a paid product and involve no delivery.

Shipping charges and delivery times

Not applicable: there are no shipping charges, delivery areas or delivery times, because nothing is shipped.

If a session cannot be provided

If we cannot provide a session you booked — for example because of an equipment fault — our cancellation and refund policy applies.
